You now know the drill, before each residency we're on the hardcore hunt of our next studio space.

Why not going back to the previous one? You'll ask.
Well, even though the space was amazing for the summer days, it didn't seem to be cold or rainy-weather proofed. And most importantly, we don't want to deal with that thief of a landlord again.

So back to that old familiar square one.
